Randy Horwitz has extensive experience in the food industry. Randy currently owns and serves as the President and CEO of FPC Las Vegas, where they specialize in recruiting for the food and beverage industry. Prior to this, Randy was a Franchise Owner at FPC Las Vegas.
Randy has also held various senior roles in different companies, including Division General Manager at Aunt Kitty's Division of Hanover Foods, Vice President of Operations at Menu Foods, Inc., Plant General Manager at The Hain Celestial Group, and Plant Manager at Wayne Farms. During these roles, Randy demonstrated their ability to achieve significant financial and operational improvements, such as increasing sales, boosting profits, optimizing capacity, and implementing cost-saving measures.
Randy Horwitz obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Microbiology and Public Health from Michigan State University from 1973 to 1977. Randy later pursued higher education and earned a Juris Doctor degree in Corporate Law from Concord University. Additionally, Randy Horwitz completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Randy also holds a certification in Lean Manufacturing from Purdue University.
