Ron Herzog has over 35 years of experience in the recruitment industry and successful franchising. Ron started their career as an Executive Recruiter at Leslie Kavanagh Associates, Inc. in 1982. Ron then worked as the Director of Human Resources at Medical Associates of America from 1990 to 1995. In 1995, Mr. Herzog joined Fortune Personnel Consultants (FPC) and gained extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry and franchising. Ron held various roles at FPC, including Director of Training and Operations and Executive Vice President. In 2007, they became the CEO and President of FPC.
Ron Herzog attended Monmouth College from 1964 to 1967, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in management. Ron then pursued further education at Long Island University from 1970 to 1972, earning an MBA degree in Management.
