Joselyn Francisca Baez Rivas

Joselyn Francisca Baez Rivas is an accomplished professional with a background in industrial engineering, holding a degree from Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción. Currently, Joselyn serves as a Product Development Engineer and Production Engineer at FPC TISSUE S.P.A. since August 2023. Previously, Joselyn worked at CMPC as a Product Development Engineer from November 2020 to February 2023, and at SAFCO LTDA as a Process and Management Control Engineer from March 2020 to November 2020. Earlier experience includes time at ARAUCO as an Accounts Payable Analyst and a role as a Memorista at JOZMAN SPA, where a market study was conducted on the manufacturing of plates for electrostatic precipitators with biomass boilers. Joselyn also completed internships in Human Resources and wood product development.
