Pawel Baran is an experienced Application Engineer specializing in Machine Vision and ID at FPE Automation, Inc. since February 2016, where responsibilities include conducting pre-sales evaluations and optimizing hardware and software configurations. Previously, Pawel served as a Cognex Sensor Sales Engineer, focusing on sales development and providing technical support in Illinois and Eastern Iowa. In addition to industry experience, Pawel has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Oakton Community College since January 2017, engaging in hands-on learning in manufacturing technology. Early career experience includes working as a Biomedical Equipment Technician at Fresenius Medical Care North America, responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of dialysis equipment and educating healthcare teams. Pawel is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Engineering/Industrial Management at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, following an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
