Paul Ross has extensive experience in the fireplace products industry, currently serving as a Technical Services Specialist at Regency Fireplace Products since October 2006. Prior to this role, Paul co-owned Elmira Stove Works from May 1989 to October 2006, where responsibilities included sales, service, and installation of products.
