Dave Divine

Dave Divine has over 30 years of work experience, with the majority of their career spent in executive roles. Dave served as the Chief Operating Officer at FPI Management, Inc. starting in 2009. Prior to that, they were the Managing Partner at Divine Family Properties from 1987 to 2017. Their earlier experience includes serving as the President of Divine & Associates, Inc. from 1986 to 2006.

Dave Divine has a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Administration from California State University-Sacramento. Dave is also a California Real Estate Broker and has obtained certifications in Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management. In addition, they hold licenses as a General Building Contractor - B and a Landscaping Contractor (C27).
