Kesha Warden-Fisher

Kesha Warden-Fisher, ARM, HCCP, currently serves as Executive Director at FPI Management, overseeing global operations for a portfolio of 170,000 multi-family units across 24 states since December 2024. Prior to this role, Kesha was Senior Vice President of Operations at April Housing, managing a portfolio of 250 multifamily assets totaling over 45,000 units from May 2023 to July 2024. Kesha's experience also includes serving as Senior Director of Real Estate at Greystar, where full P&L responsibility was held for a conventional owned asset portfolio valued at over $400M, and as Senior Regional Manager at Carmel Partners, focusing on budget development and financial analysis. Kesha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Business Law from Loyola Marymount University.
