Lauren Howard has a diverse work experience in the property management industry. Lauren started their career in 2004 as a Marketing Director at Group Interland Management/FPI Management, Inc. Lauren then transitioned to FPI Management, where they held various roles including Residential Property Manager/Community Director, Area Director, and Portfolio Manager. Lauren also served as an Executive Portfolio Manager and Director of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Operations at FPI Management. Lauren'sresponsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, maximizing revenue, maintaining high occupancy, and building resident relationships.
