Operations Team

The Operations Team at FPI Management oversees the daily functionality and efficiency of residential property management across 14 states. Comprising roles such as Portfolio Managers, Directors of Operations, and Senior Directors of Maintenance, the team ensures optimal performance of properties, handles strategic planning, coordinates regional portfolios, and implements best practices to enhance tenant satisfaction and property value. They work collaboratively to maintain high standards of service and operational excellence within the multifamily property sector.
