Frank Ferrucci has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Frank started their career at Clark Construction in 1996 as a Senior Project Manager, where they worked on notable projects such as the Capital One Arena, the U.S. Botanic Garden, and various NAVFAC DOD projects. In 2004, they joined F+F Mechanical, initially serving as Vice President and later becoming President. Since then, they have been leading and overseeing operations at the company.

Frank Ferrucci received their education in a chronological order. Frank began their academic journey at Quinnipiac University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Following this, Frank attended The George Washington University School of Business from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business. Later, in 1995, they enrolled at New York University and completed a Diploma Program in Construction Management, which they finished in 1996.
