Neil Rowley began their work experience in 2004 at Deloitte as an audit manager within the South-East Financial Services practice. Neil managed engagements in various business sectors and developed specialized knowledge in UK GAAP, IFRS, and financial instruments. In 2010, they joined PKR Technologies Limited as the Group Financial Controller, where they oversaw the finance team and reported to the CFO. Their responsibilities included completing month-end consolidated management accounts, liaising with external auditors, submitting regulatory returns, managing the group's tax position, monitoring cash flow, and leading a team of finance professionals. In 2013, they became the Finance Director at FPP.
Neil Rowley attended Northumbria University from 2001 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accountancy.
