Bac Truong

Bac Truong is a seasoned Senior Software Delivery Manager and Project Manager at FPT Software, with a career spanning over a decade in software delivery and management. Since June 2013, Bac has played a pivotal role in the Distribution Management Solution (DMS) business unit, overseeing operations for a large team and managing the delivery and quality of significant DMS projects. Notable achievements include serving as the FPT Service Delivery Manager for Unilever Vietnam, leading Application Management Services, and supporting pre-sales activities. Bac began the career as a technical supporter and has progressed through various roles, including Test Manager and Automation Tester, demonstrating expertise in project management, application support, and IT service delivery. Bac holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
