Mr Le Hoai Bao is the Director of Customization Energy Platform at FPT Software. He is leading a team of more than 400+ software engineer to focus delivery software services in US and APAC markets.

With 15 years of expertise in the fields of System Engineering, Project and Program Management, Bao has led many complex multidisciplinary large-scale projects from concept to production. He has worked with the top executive of customers to build successful strategies leveraging DevOpps, Scales Agile, Microservices, and new technology AI, Big Data, Cloud to transform their IT system. With over 14 years working in software development, he had performed different roles and software development process such as CMMi, Agile.
