Hai Nguyen Hong

Hai Nguyen Hong possesses over two decades of experience in the IT and software development sector, currently serving as Vice Director of the Passenger Transport Solutions Division at FPT Information System since March 2014. In this role, Hai manages technical and operational teams to deliver comprehensive IT services to the Vietnam Railway, including critical systems such as ticketing and cargo management. Previously, from August 2009 to March 2014, Hai held the position of Channel Account Manager at NTS Distribution, focusing on meeting sales revenue objectives and fostering strong business partner relationships. Early career experience at FPT Information System included roles as Vice Director of the Value Added Services Center and Division Leader of the Government Software Solutions Unit, where Hai managed technology teams and consulted on information systems for government sectors. Hai holds degrees in Math and Information Technology from Hanoi University of Technology and specialized training in data science from DataCamp.
