Nguyen Tu Toan Loi

Nguyen Tu Toan Loi is a seasoned DevOps Engineer currently employed at FPT Smart Cloud since February 2021, where responsibilities include operating the Public Call Center system and managing dedicated infrastructures. Prior roles at FPT Smart Cloud include Knowledge Engineer, focused on collaborating with domain experts to build knowledge bases in the banking sector, and Software Engineer, specializing in developing features for automatic query generation from ontologies. Before joining FPT Smart Cloud, Nguyen Tu Toan Loi worked as a Research and Development Intern at DSLab - Hanoi University of Science and Technology, where foundational skills in machine learning and deep learning were acquired.
