Tam Phan Hong is a seasoned professional in cloud technology and telecommunications, currently serving as the Director of Cloud Technology Division and Director of Cloud Infrastructure at FPT Smart Cloud since September 2020. Prior to this role, Tam held the position of Deputy Director of NOC at FPT Telecom from June 2009 to September 2020, where responsibilities included designing and operating IP Core and Metro Network, troubleshooting high-level escalation issues, launching new services, and optimizing network performance to meet business requirements. Tam Phan Hong earned a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology between 2004 and 2009.
