Élida Melo

Élida Melo is an experienced information technology professional currently serving as the IT Operations Coordination at the Fédération québécoise des municipalités since May 2023. Previously, Élida held various roles within iA Groupe financier, including Lead IT Business Analyst and Functional Analyst, focusing on requirements analysis, process optimization, and automation solutions design.
