Rolf Schulze has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Rolf started their career as a Maschinenschlosser at Hoesch from August 1983 to May 1986. Rolf then worked as a Sales Engineer at Ultrafilter International from 1996 to 1998. Following that, they served as a Product Manager at the Freudenberg Group from 1998 to 2000. Rolf then joined Fr. Sauter AG, where they worked as a Product Manager from 2000 to 2007 and later became a Market Manager from 2007 to 2011. Schulze then moved on to Civic-Energy Cooperative Sexau, where they were a Founding Member and served as the General Manager of Public Relations from August 2010 to August 2013. After that, they worked at Sauter as the Head of CC LifeSciences from 2013 to June 2015, and later became the Head of Product Management Applications & Sauter LifeSciences in January 2015, with the employment still ongoing.
Rolf Schulze completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Marketing at the Lorange Institute for Business from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Maschinenbau from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund.
