Javier Selgas

Javier Selgas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Javier started their career in 2005 as a Sales Manager at MCE MARKETING & CONSULTANCY ENVIRONMENT. Javier then moved to Endesa and worked as a Project Manager from 2008 to 2009. Following that, they joined AYESA as a Project Manager from 2009 to 2011. Javier then worked at Ibermatica, first as a Software Engineer from 2011 to 2012, and then as an Account Manager from 2012 to 2013. Javier then worked at Ajegroup as an IT Regional Manager for the Asia Pacific region from 2013 to 2017. From 2015 to 2020, Javier held multiple roles at Lanzadera Online, including CTO and Founder. Javier also worked at ATW Partners LLC as an Independent Information Technology Consultant from 2016 to 2020. Javier served as the Country Manager at Osigu from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Javier is the CEO of Fr8App since September 2020 and a YPO Member of the MTY Chapter starting from March 2022.

Javier Selgas has a diverse education background. Javier completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Bachillerato Tecnológico at Colegio La Salle Maravillas from 1990 to 2002. Javier then pursued a degree in Ingeniero en Informatica with a focus on Ingeniería de sistemas at Universidad de Alcalá from 2002 to 2007. Javier furthered their studies at Universidad Europea in 2007-2008, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniería Técnica Informática with a specialization in Sistemas. In 2008-2009, they attended Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona to acquire their Master's degree in corporation management.
