Joaquin Vilchis

Joaquin Vilchis has a diverse work experience in operations management. Joaquin is currently the Director of Operations at Fr8App, a position they started in July 2022. Prior to that, Joaquin worked as an Operations Manager at Target from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they played a key role in launching a pilot distribution center and developed standard operating procedures and processes for various aspects of operations.

Before their time at Target, Joaquin held the position of Operations Manager at Forager from 2020 to 2021. During their tenure, they contributed to the growth of the start-up company and worked closely with product development teams to create customer-friendly features for the transportation management system. Joaquin also managed a global staff and promoted team members into leadership positions.

Joaquin's earlier experience includes working at UPS from 2014 to 2020. Joaquin served as a Preload Operations Supervisor, overseeing all aspects of preload operations and managing a team of package handlers. Joaquin also held the role of On Road Center Supervisor and started their career with UPS as a Package Handler. Throughout their time at UPS, Joaquin focused on operational efficiency, staff development, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Joaquin Vilchis has taken courses towards an Associate of Fine Arts (AFA) degree at DeVry University. The courses focused on the field of study in Accounting and Finance. Joaquin also holds a certification in Motor Vehicle Transporters (Class C License) from the Department of Motor Vehicles.
