Mita Ariani

Mita Ariani serves as the Head of Customer Success at FR8Labs since December 2022. Previously, Mita held the position of Head of PMO at Gunung Raja Paksi, PT from February to November 2022, overseeing company-wide transformation initiatives and business intelligence strategies. At Bizzy Indonesia, from January 2020 to January 2022, Mita led the Business Relationship team and managed project delivery, ensuring completion within budget and deadlines. Mita also worked as the Head of IT Business Partner at Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food from December 2017 to January 2020, focusing on digital transformation and strategic initiatives. Earlier experience includes various roles at PT. XL Axiata Tbk starting in April 2010, where Mita directed marketing projects and developed IT solutions for business requirements. Mita holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Telkom University, obtained in 2009.
