Frac Shack is a modular, automated frac fueling delivery system created to increase safety, efficiency, and environmental integrity by enabling hot refuelling on the frac pad without the intense danger of fuel spray near the hot equipment and nonproductive time spent in the hot zone.

Frac Shack uses a unique design that fully adapts to existing systems with no retrofitting required. Its self-contained, self-powered and fully mobile platform allows for quick transport and easy set-up. With our patented design, service requirements are reduced, downtime is minimized, and production increased.

We have models to fulfill your pure diesel and bi-fuel needs, along with the option for additional diesel storage, and the industry’s most sophisticated on-pad gas processing unit, SideKick.

Our SideKick technology enables our partners who are already using our Frac Shack technology to take in-field natural gas and process it down to a safe state for multiple uses, significantly reducing the need for diesel fuel, and reducing the need to flare off clean burning natural gas.

The state-of-the-art data capture system keeps you on top of fuel consumption, substitution rates, and site productivity, while keeping your costs and diesel consumption down.

Frac Shack and SideKick technology is powered by Energera. Born from the need to solve some of the biggest problems the energy industry is currently facing, Energera pushes the limits of energy technology to develop safe and reliable low carbon production solutions that enable our partners to safely and responsibly maximize output, minimize environmental impact, and meet worldwide emission standards.

Our advancements in frac fuel delivery, field gas processing, and sand separation have the power to shift the industry and collectively move us forward in our journey towards cleaner energy.
