Niall Roche is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and education. As a Founding Partner at The Building Blocks since November 2022 and Co-Founder & Head of Data at Fractal since March 2023, Niall combines entrepreneurial skills with a strong focus on data. Niall serves as CTO in Residence and Senior Teaching Fellow at UCL School of Management, where responsibilities include teaching Software Engineering. Additionally, Niall holds multiple faculty positions, including at the UCL Centre for Blockchain Technologies and the Legal Technology & Innovation Institute, focusing on Blockchain and Smart Legal Contracts. Previous roles include Head of Distributed Systems Engineering at Mishcon de Reya LLP and Technical Coach at Conception X. Niall's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Computing with a focus on Mobile Application Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, both from Technological University Dublin.
