Namita Bhaidasna possesses extensive experience in administrative and executive support, currently serving as an Executive Assistant to the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Fractal Analytics since June 2016. Prior roles include Executive Assistant positions at Polaris Financial Technology Limited and Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd, as well as an Assistant Manager at Intellect Design Arena Ltd. Namita began her career as a Ground Service Agent and Public Relation Officer at Kingfisher Airlines, after which roles at Cambata Aviation Pvt Ltd and XS Components followed, where responsibilities included client relations and procurement.
