Nikhil Arora

Nikhil Arora is a Senior Strategy Manager in the CEO's Office at Fractal, where responsibilities include developing corporate strategy, enhancing profitability, productivity, and risk management since September 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Strategy Manager and Associate within the same office, focusing on data science projects for a multinational consumer goods company, particularly in developing a Global Data Lake and Analytics Product. Nikhil also served as a Product Manager Fellow at NextLeap and completed a summer internship in Data Analytics at PwC India, where data mining and unsupervised learning algorithms were applied to financial processes. Additionally, Nikhil was the Editor in Chief for Watch Out, IIT Roorkee, leading the student media body. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
