Somnath Dey

Somnath Dey is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the AAPAC Human Capital Advisory and Global People Operations Lead at Fractal since October 2022, where responsibilities include leading the Human Capital Business Partner team across significant regions and overseeing Global Human Capital Operations. Prior to Fractal, Somnath held various positions at Accenture from August 2006 to October 2022, including Client Account HR Lead for a major Strategic Account in the Insurance sector, Vice President roles managing HR for multiple business units and service delivery, and leading Talent Acquisition for Advanced Technology Centers in India. Somnath began the career as an IT/ITES Recruiter at Adecco and later served as Sr Consultant Staffing at Nirvana Business Solutions Limited. Somnath holds a PGDHRM from Pondicherry University and a BSc in Computers from Bangalore University.
