Justin Godsey

Justin Godsey has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries. Justin is currently the Director of Commissioning at Fractal EMS, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Integration Officer at e-On Batteries from January 2016 to January 2022, where they provided energy market and technology advisory services to the company's Board of Directors. Justin also played a vital role in developing internal processes and managing contract acquisition, system design, labor management, and rebate/refund attainment programs.

Before their role at e-On Batteries, Justin was the Managing Director at Green Ox Energy from March 2009 to July 2019. During this time, they offered energy efficiency and renewable energy consultation and solutions for residential, commercial, and municipal customers. Justin was responsible for designing, permitting, implementing, and project managing utility solar and wind development projects. Justin also negotiated land leases and power purchase agreements.

Justin's experience also includes serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Solar One from January 2017 to January 2019, where they played a crucial role in overseeing the company's technological advancements.

Prior to entering the energy industry, Justin co-founded HoteleGuide, Inc in April 2006 and served as the CTO, CEO, President, and Vice Chairman of the Board until November 2008. Justin also co-founded HospitaliTV in November 2005, where they served as the Co-Founder and Director. HospitaliTV was an internet, satellite, and video on demand content provider for the hospitality industry, and Justin successfully secured a contract with Red Lion Hotel Corporation to provide Free-To-Guest Television services for over 13,000 hotel rooms. Justin was also involved in providing low voltage design and implementation services for Digital Broadcast Systems and Video On Demand in the hospitality industry.

Additionally, Justin co-founded The Local Attractions Channel (The LAC) in August 2005, a television production showcasing popular locations to visit or eat in Dallas. The channel was featured in luxurious hotels in Dallas and Fort Worth.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Justin served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the US Army from July 1994 to July 2005.
