Richard Jennings is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in embedded systems and energy storage solutions. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Fractal EMS since August 2018, Jennings also leads Jennings Embedded Services, LLC as President, focusing on independent consulting in embedded systems and cloud control. Previous roles include Vice President of Product Development at Indie Energy Inc., where innovative core technologies for PV attached storage were developed, and Director of Systems Engineering at Younicos, Inc., overseeing hardware and software teams for grid-scale energy storage solutions. Jennings began career as Software Engineering Manager at Xtreme Power, Inc. from July 2011 to April 2014.
