Catalina Colman is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Catalina currently holds the position of Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at PeakHR, a cohort-based training program for HR practitioners. Catalina also leads their own consulting company, Catalina Colman Consulting, providing strategic HR assistance to businesses. Prior to their current roles, Catalina held leadership positions at various companies such as Retrofit, TRISECT, Centro, and Echo Global Logistics. Catalina holds an MBA with a concentration in HR from Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago.
