Elles serves as an Advisor for Retreat, an Investor at The Josephine Collective, a Member at Athena Alliance, and Head of People & Culture at Petite Plume Luxury Sleepwear. Elles has also held roles as Chief People Officer & Chief of Staff at Catch Co., Head of People at XSELL Technologies, and Vice President Talent Management at Basis Technologies. Elles holds a degree in Psychology with a minor in Communications from Purdue University.
