Hibben Rothschild is an experienced people operations leader currently serving as the Founder and Fractional Head of People at foundHR since January 2023, and holding several concurrent roles as Head of People at West Arete and FactoryFix, along with being a Founding Member at Fractional People People. Previous positions include VP of People Operations at Source Intelligence, Director of People Operations at Jellyvision, and People Ops Program Manager at Braintree, where Hibben led comprehensive HR initiatives and team management. Hibben’s educational background includes a BA & BS in Archaeology and Biological Anthropology from The George Washington University, along with a study abroad program in Athens and attendance at the Atlanta International School.
