Yuri Kruman

Yuri Kruman has extensive work experience in the HR, talent, and systems field. Since 2018, they have worked as a Fractional CHRO / CLO at HR, Talent & Systems. In this role, they have managed a portfolio of clients, providing strategic HR and People Ops audits, L&D program buildout, corporate training delivery, HR M&A post-merger integrations, and more. Yuri has also developed a successful coaching and consulting practice, helping Fortune 500 and startup executives with talent management, leadership, and team management.

Yuri has experience with various HR systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, and Oracle, among others. Yuri has received industry awards and recognition for their work, including being named a top CHRO and HR influencer. In addition to their work at HR, Talent & Systems, Yuri has held positions as an Adjunct Professor at Touro University, Head of English PR at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, and Fractional CHRO at Fractionals United. Yuri has also served as an Interim CHRO / CLO (Consultant) at TM Forum and Interim Chief Human Resources Officer / Chief Learning Officer at HealthFlex Home Health & Hospice. Yuri has also been involved in various advisory and mentorship roles, including serving as an Advisory Board Member at Future Talent Council and an HR Tech Advisor / Mentor at Google for Startups Israel. Yuri has also worked as a Startup Advisor / Business Enabler at Innovation Channel and as a Founding Member of the Experts Council at Hacking HR.

Yuri Kruman holds a BA with Honors in Anthropology and Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania. Later, they obtained a J.D. from the Cardozo School of Law. Additionally, they have earned certifications such as Cultural Intelligence Certification and Customer Discovery Certification from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. In 2021, Yuri received the International Trade Council Go Global Awards, and in 2022, they were recognized as the #4 Global Thought Leader on Entrepreneurship and HR by Thinkers360.
