Sharath Sriram

Sharath Sriram has an extensive academic and professional background in engineering and technology, currently serving as President and Board Member at Science & Technology Australia since March 2017. At RMIT University, Sharath holds the position of Director of the Discovery to Device Facility and has contributed as a Professor, Academic Board Member, and various other roles related to micro and nano research. Sharath is also a Co-Founder and Director at Fragment BioTech and lubdub.ai, and serves as Chief Investigator for the ARC Research Hub for Connected Sensors for Health and the ARC Centre of Excellence for Transformative Meta-Optical Systems. Previous engagements include roles with the Australian Academy of Science and the Australian Research Council, along with notable educational achievements including a PhD in Electronic Materials Engineering from RMIT University.
