Juliana Henderson has held various positions in the IT industry since 1997. Juliana began their career at Reuters as a Tech, where they provided hardware and software support, Lotus notes, web design, web proxy, secureID, hardware rollouts and software migrations. In 2000, they moved to UPM-Kymmene as an IT Specialist. Juliana then worked at Overseas Military Car Sales as a Network Engineer in 2001. In 2005, they held roles as a Consultant at Burt's Bees, and a Unicenter Consultant at Martin Marietta Materials. In 2006, they became the Owner & CEO of Twine Interactive, and an IT Consultant at Lulu.com. In 2007, they worked as an IT Lead at Lenovo, and founded & became the CEO of Fragment, where they developed web applications such as content management systems, e-commerce, and custom design. In 2011, they founded & became the CTO of Rippple, a social resource network for business.

Juliana Henderson attended New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering from 1996 to 2000, where they studied Computer Science.
