Archana Mittal (she/her)

Archana Mittal has over 15 years of work experience. Archana started their career in 2007 at Fragomen, where they held various roles including Account Manager, Client Services Manager, and Client Services Manager and Head for India Inbound. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing immigration services for clients, acquiring new clients, and exceeding client expectations. Archana then progressed to become a Senior Manager, Assistant Director, and Director in the Client Services department. In their current role, starting from January 2022, they serve as the Senior Global Client Services & Solutions Manager at Fragomen. Prior to their time at Fragomen, Archana worked at Tata Consultancy Services from 2002 to 2006 as a Sr. Executive in the Human Resources department.

Archana Mittal has a diverse education history. In 1993 to 1996, they attended Christ University in Bangalore, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM) degree. Afterward, in 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Archana acquired this degree from the Institute of Technology and Management, in collaboration with Southern New Hampshire University, USA.

Archana further enhanced their management skills by attending two management development programs at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. In 2014, they completed a program in Creativity, Reinvention & Self Development for Global Managers. Then, in 2017, they completed a program in Embedding Leadership Excellence.
