Hermilo C.

Hermilo C. has extensive work experience in various roles related to enterprise architecture and technology management.

Starting in 1994, Hermilo worked as a Technology Architect at Kraft Foods for three years.

In 1997, Hermilo joined Oracle (Former JDEdwards) as an Enterprise Solutions Architect, where they stayed for seven years before moving on to Bacardi in 2004.

At Bacardi, Hermilo served as a Technology Manager - Enterprise Architect, responsible for deploying and managing ERP implementations and developing roadmaps for enterprise applications in the Americas region. Hermilo also monitored and controlled project budgets and expenditures for technology investments. Hermilo worked at Bacardi for four years before joining Baxter International Inc. in 2008.

At Baxter, Hermilo held two roles. First, they were the Sr Program Manager LATAM, where they served for four years, and then they became the Global Director Enterprise Applications, a role they held for six years from 2012 to 2018.

After leaving Baxter, Hermilo joined Invacare Corporation in 2018 as the VP Global Enterprise Applications, a role they held for four years until 2022.

Currently, Hermilo is working as the Chief Enterprise Architect at Fragomen, a position they assumed in March 2022.

Hermilo C. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Informatics from the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, where they studied from 1987 to 1993. In 2007, they also attended Florida International University for a brief period, focusing on Project Management Professional (PMP) studies, although they did not obtain a specific degree during this time.
