Kam Dashaputra, PMP, ACP has a comprehensive work experience spanning various industries and positions. Starting in 1998, Kam worked as a Consultant at Xpedior, where they provided technical expertise and implemented complex IT solutions for clients in industries such as Retail, Telecom, and Insurance. In 2001, they joined Capgemini Ernst & Young as a Managing Consultant, where they led the implementation of IT solutions for clients in Energy, Retail, Automotive, Insurance, and Logistics sectors.

Moving on, Kam joined Baxter International Inc. in 2004 and held several roles, including Director of IT Delivery Management and Application Services. During their time at Baxter, they led global application delivery and program management initiatives, such as ERP consolidation, product serialization track and trace, middleware and integrations, service delivery, divestitures, and business transformation. Kam also established enterprise platforms and managed systems supporting significant revenue.

In 2017, Kam joined Akorn, Inc as the Chief of Enterprise Solutions and Architecture. Kam played a crucial role in developing and implementing enterprise architecture solutions, standardizing IT solutions, and aligning IT strategies with business goals.

From 2018 to 2022, Kam worked at CVS Health, holding positions such as Lead Director of PSS Technology Advancement and Director of Executive Advisor Platform Innovations & Service Delivery. In these roles, they oversaw strategic large-scale programs and implemented multiple products in the finance portfolio, working closely with senior business leaders and utilizing human-centered design thinking approaches.

Currently, Kam is the Global Head of Products at Fragomen, where they lead product development and innovation initiatives.

Kam Dashaputra, PMP, ACP has a Master's degree in Computer Science from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Kam obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2006. Kam also holds an Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification from PMI Chicagoland Chapter, obtained in March 2017. In addition, they have a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in March 2017. Kam Dashaputra also obtained a Java Programmer certification from Sun Microsystems in January 2001.
