Kathleen Tecson

Kathleen Tecson has a comprehensive work history in the field of immigration law. Kathleen began their career as an Immigration Paralegal at Cella and Associates from March 2006 to May 2008. Kathleen then worked as a Legal Secretary at the Law Office of Joseph Nackson from June 2008 to July 2010.

In August 2010, Kathleen joined Fragomen as a Global Immigration Paralegal, where they provided assistance with document procurement and legalization for immigration proceedings outside of the US. Kathleen held this position until May 2012. From May 2012 to April 2016, they transitioned to an Immigration Paralegal role at Fragomen.

In May 2016, Kathleen became an Onsite Immigration Paralegal at Fragomen, acting as a liaison between the legal team, client HR, and foreign nationals at a large US bank for all corporate visa matters. Kathleen held this position until April 2018 when they were promoted to Business Immigration Supervisor. Kathleen continued in this role until January 2021 and then further advanced to the position of Client Services Manager from January 2021 to December 2021. Currently, they hold the role of Client Services Director at Fragomen starting from November 2021.

Kathleen Tecson began their education by attending Bergen Community College from 2006 to 2008, where they earned their Associate of Science (AS) degree in Professional Studies, General. After that, they enrolled at Montclair State University from 2008 to 2010, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Justice Studies with a concentration in Paralegal Studies. Kathleen also pursued a minor in Political Science during their time at Montclair State University.
