Scott Cooper is a seasoned immigration consultant and attorney with extensive experience in US immigration compliance. They served as Senior Counsel at Fragomen since 2020, advising employers and individuals on immigration processes, and previously held positions as Managing Partner for MENA and Partner at Fragomen Worldwide. From 2016 to 2020, Scott owned Immigration Compliance Associates, LLC, where they consulted on various immigration compliance matters. Earlier in their career, they were Associate Dean for Student Affairs at the University of Illinois at Chicago, overseeing international student policies.
