Paul Devin

Paul Devin has extensive experience in various management roles within the retail industry. Paul is currently the Managing Director of UK & Ireland at KIKO MILANO since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Fragrance Group London starting in July 2022.

From 2014 to 2021, Paul worked at Revlon where they held multiple positions including Managing Director for UK & Eire from January 2017 to October 2021, General Manager from November 2015 to December 2016, and Interim Director from December 2014 to October 2015.

Before joining Revlon, Paul was the General Manager at DB Apparel from July 2009 onwards. Paul also served as the Brand Director & European Commercial Director for Shock Absorber, Wonderbra & Playtex from July 2008 to June 2009.

Earlier in their career, Paul worked at Sara Lee Branded Apparel as the UK & Export Commercial Director for Wonderbra, Playtex & Shock Absorber from July 2003 to June 2008. Paul started their career at Sara Lee Courtaulds in 1996, where they progressed from Sales Manager to Sales Director for the UK & Export market until June 2003.

Paul began their career in the retail industry as a Retail Store Manager at Signet, where they worked from June 1987 to December 1995.

Paul Devin obtained a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors (IoD) with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Paul attended the IoD from 2004 to 2006.
