Brossa's extensive experience includes roles such as General Manager at Jeanologia, where innovative eco-efficient technologies were developed for the textile industry, and General Manager at Interlake Mecalux, specializing in storage systems. Additional positions encompass Corporate Development and Subsidiaries Coordination Director at Mecalux, Global Supply Chain Manager at AkzoNobel Car Refinishes, and Deputy General Manager at Bamesa, with early career experience as a consultant at Accenture. Brossa holds multiple degrees, including Executive MBAs from IESE Business School and China Europe International Business School, and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from EPFL and Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
