Jimmy Dögerl

Jimmy Dögerl is an experienced advisor for international climate policy and communication at Alliance 90 / The Greens in the German Parliament since July 2023. Responsibilities include supporting a Member of Parliament on climate and energy policy issues, guiding the International Climate and Energy Policy Subcommittee, and managing media and public relations. Prior experience includes serving as Senior EU Analyst at Forefront Advisers, where political risk assessments were conducted for major corporations and developments in climate policy were analyzed. Previous roles also include Director General for the Model European Union Strasbourg project, where leadership and budget management were key, and various internships in political and corporate communications. Jimmy Dögerl holds multiple degrees in Political Science and European Studies and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in the TransAtlantic Master's program at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
