Daniel Smalley

Daniel Smalley is an experienced professional in the transportation and logistics sector, currently serving as a Driver Ambassador at Fraley and Schilling since April 2018, where responsibilities include leveraging insights from active driving experience to enhance recruitment, retention, and marketing initiatives. Previously, Daniel held various driving positions, including Flatbed CDL Driver at Celadon Group Inc. and CDL A Driver at Navajo Express, among others. In addition to extensive driving roles, Daniel has a background in state eligibility consulting for the Indiana Family Social Services Administration and has experience in property administration and supply management through positions at DynCorp International and the Indiana National Guard/US Army. Academically, Daniel holds a Bachelor of General Studies with a focus on Humanities from IUPUI and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice from Manchester University.
