Prior experience includes a strategic role at X, the moonshot factory, where Charlotte supported early-stage climate projects, and a position as R&D Engineer and Project Lead at the Netherlands Aerospace Centre, focusing on sustainable aviation. With academic credentials that include an MBA from Stanford University and a Cum Laude MSc in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology, Charlotte combines engineering expertise with strategic business leadership to address climate challenges.

The solar energy savings would bypass the landlord, so they don’t bother to install. Fram Energy's team of engineers makes solar deployment for multifamily and single family rentals profitable and effortless. Fram Energy supports property owners with installing solar and enables them to recoup the investment through our tenant energy billing software. Essentially, we split the solar savings between the owner and the tenant. We deliver new and predictable NOI, compliance with energy codes/net zero commitments and a compelling tenant value proposition.
