Bahadır Alay

Bahadır Bozkurt has extensive experience in technology transfer, research, and quality engineering. Currently serving as the Founder Director of the Technology Transfer Office at İstanbul Yeni Yüzyıl Üniversitesi since April 2022, responsibilities include overseeing initiatives in awareness, support services, project development, intellectual property management, and entrepreneurship. Previously held roles include Senior Researcher at İstanbul Arel Üniversitesi, where Bahadır coordinated financial and technical aspects of a major project, and Researcher at Doğuş Üniversitesi, focusing on urban security and innovative ballistic products. Earlier experience includes positions at Ballı Metal as a Quality Engineer and as a Senior Cost Analyst at MARTUR FOMPAK International, contributing to quality management and cost analysis in the automotive industry. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa and multiple degrees in engineering and health technology.
