Géraldine Dupasquier

Géraldine Dupasquier currently serves as the Directrice Excellence Opérationnelle for Framatome, overseeing operational excellence across 11 industrial sites and 3 engineering centers in France, Germany, and the USA. With a strong background in operational excellence, Géraldine has been implementing group-wide excellence systems at Boehringer Ingelheim, while previously co-founding Ma Journée Au Vert to promote eco-responsibility through seminars. Géraldine's expertise in transformation and performance enhancement spans various industries gained during tenures at PSA Peugeot Citroën and Optim Ressources, among others. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from CentraleSupélec and another from the Technical University of Munich, along with certification as a coach from TransformancePro.
