Guewen Fougerat

Guewen Fougerat is an experienced M&A Manager, currently working at Framatome since September 2022, focusing on digital acquisitions. Before joining Framatome, Guewen served as M&A Manager at Aertus Finance, a consultancy specializing in mergers and acquisitions, where responsibilities included company disposals, acquisitions, fundraising, and business evaluations from January 2018 to September 2022. Prior roles include positions at Synercom France as a senior M&A business manager and analyst, and at Crédit Agricole CIB as a Middle Office Assistant in international transactions. Guewen holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Paris School of Business and has studied at the University of New York in Prague and SUNY Empire State College. Additionally, Guewen earned a Baccalauréat in Economic and Social Studies with a specialization in Mathematics from Etablissement scolaire Petit Val.
