Kathryn Deegan

Kathryn Deegan is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in nuclear systems and IT solutions. Currently serving as Manager II of NDE Engineering & Equipment at Framatome since January 2021, Kathryn previously held key positions including Engineering Team Lead at Moog Space and Defense Group, and Manager of IT Business Solutions & Dev Ops at TerraPower LLC, where Kathryn spearheaded organizational transformations and Agile project management. Kathryn's extensive experience includes significant leadership roles at Babcock & Wilcox mPower, overseeing systems design and integration for small modular reactors, and at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory, managing project operations for submarine design projects. Kathryn holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College.
