Kellea W. Hogan

Kellea W. Hogan serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and CHRO at Framatome since December 2016, leading a diverse team in areas such as Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and HR technology. Kellea's role involves aligning North American and global initiatives while optimizing HR processes and managing vendor relationships. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Strategy and Projects at Areva, where Kellea oversaw HR budgets and led significant projects, and earlier roles focusing on Lean Six Sigma and HR project management. Kellea holds a Master's degree from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and an M.A. in Industrial/Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, along with additional educational credentials in psychology and business.
