Marie Line Besognet

Marie Line Besognet has an extensive background in operational excellence, change management, and project management, with significant experience at Framatome since 2016, currently serving as the Head of OpEx Transformation. In this role, Marie Line oversees the Operational Excellence and Quality Departments, focusing on standardization transformations and various programs. Previously, Marie Line was Change Management & Communication Manager for the Systems Engineering Program and managed transformation initiatives for the Large Projects Business Unit. Prior to Framatome, experience at AREVA involved leading the performance plan aimed at achieving substantial savings, managing transversal teams, and overseeing IT activities across key departments. Marie Line has also held positions at EDS Consulting Services and AT Kearney. Educational credentials include a certification in Change Management from ESSEC Business School and two master's degrees in management and economics.
